
JAMES CITY COUNTY — James City County (JCC) has elected new leadership for the Board of Supervisors and Board of Directors.
Board of Supervisors

The JCC Board of Supervisors met on Jan. 14 for its annual organizational meeting, during which it elected a 2025 Chair and Vice Chair.
During the meeting, Jim Icenhour was elected as Chairman while John McGlennon was elected Vice Chairman.
Icenhour represents the Jamestown District and was elected to the Board in November 2017 and reelected in 2021.
McGlennon represents the Roberts District and has served on the Board since 1998.
James City Service Authority Board of Directors

The James City Service Authority Board of Directors also met on Jan. 14 for its annual organizational meeting to elect a Chair and Vice Chair.
Barbara Null was elected Chair and Michael Hipple was elected Vice Chairman.
Null represents the Stonehouse District and was elected to the Board in November 2023.
Hipple represents the Powhatan District and was elected to the Board in November 2013 and reelected in 2017 and 2021.
