WILLIAMSBURG — The Williamsburg Area Restaurant Association (WARA) announced the return of its popular Restaurant Week, which will take place from Jan. 12 through 19.
Diners will be able to enjoy special menus and dining deals throughout the week at several Williamsburg area restaurants.
The popular annual event aims to showcase the culinary talents of Greater Williamsburg’s
top restaurants, with exclusive multi-course menus and valuable deals designed to
celebrate the region’s diverse and growing food scene, according to WARA.
Participating restaurants will offer prix-fixe menus, including two-course lunches and
three-course dinners at special prices, giving diners the opportunity to explore the
area’s best flavors without breaking the bank.
From fine dining establishments to local favorites, Williamsburg Restaurant Week invites everyone to savor creative dishes, seasonal ingredients, and the expertise of the area’s renowned chefs.
“Williamsburg Restaurant Week is a tradition we look forward to every year,” said
Rachel Sears, Executive Director of WARA. “It’s the perfect opportunity for diners to discover new favorites, revisit familiar gems, and support the local restaurant community after the busy holiday season.”
Williamsburg’s expanding culinary scene promises something for every palate such as
gourmet seafood, international cuisine and comforting Southern classics, according to the association.
Guests are encouraged to make reservations early, as the week-long celebration of food and hospitality draws significant interest.
“This is a good time to experiment with some new menu ideas our returning guests can try as well as showing new patrons what we have to offer,” said Jason Steeg, owner of Honey Butters, which will be offering three different entrees with salad and dessert at its Monticello location.
As of press time, participating restaurants include: Aberdeen Barn, Blue Talon Bistro, Corner Pocket, Craft 31, Christiana Campbell’s Tavern, Honey Butters-Monticello, Illy Cafe, La Terraza (Richmond Road location), La Yaca, Ocean’s & Ale, Old City Barbeque, Opus 9, Paul’s Deli- Newtown, Second Street, Surry Seafood Company, The Terrace Room at Williamsburg Inn, Waypoint Seafood and Grill and 1607 Grill at Williamsburg National Golf Club.
