WILLIAMSBURG — Midtown Row has announced that Juicing LIFE Bar has signed a lease to expand its company to the Williamsburg district.
Mike Davis, owner of Juicing LIFE Bar, open the company’s first location in Newport News 2018. Today, the company operates not only the juice bar, but also a café, located at 706 Town Center Drive, Ste. 100 and 102, respectively.
Juicing LIFE Bar serves fresh, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, bowls, and other café items to include flatbreads, sandwiches and salads. A release states that the company prides itself on not using any additives or sugars while honoring all cancer and illness-affected people.
Currently, Hampton Roads has fewer than twelve dedicated juice bars in the region. Juicing LIFE Bar is the only one regionally with a restaurant attached. The company’s expansion to Midtown Row will be its second bar.
“This is a very elite juice bar, and we strive to be even better,” said Davis. “Expanding to Williamsburg is a must, and another win for us! Making a presence in that area which is screaming for a Juice Bar and no other competitors is a business’ dream!”
The new location will be in Building 4 of Midtown Row at 101 College Row, Ste. 4107.
Midtown Row recently held its grand opening on Sept. 24. The new district boasts 240 apartment units, all of which have already been rented. Additionally, there are commercial spaces with many already leased to companies including Mezeh Mediterranean Grill, Pedego Electric Bikes, Salon Seven, and Riverside Health.
