Lucille I. Trochesset, born on September 2, 1938, in Lawrence, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on July 9, 2026, in Virginia Beach, Virginia, at the age of 87. With a life marked by devotion to family, faith, and community, she leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories.

Lucille was a lifelong Catholic, whose faith provided her with strength and guidance throughout her years. She graduated from Sacred Heart in Lawrence, MA, and carried the values instilled in her education into every aspect of her life.

Her family was her greatest joy and accomplishment. A devoted grandmother and great-grandmother, Lucille treasured her time spent nurturing and supporting her beloved granddaughters, taking them to their activities with unwavering dedication. Her nurturing spirit extended into the lives of her three great-grandchildren, who brought her immense pride and happiness.

Lucille was preceded in death by her first husband, Francis X. Rondeau, her daughter Darlene Ramsey, and her second husband, Henry J. Trochesset. Her memory will be lovingly carried forward by her surviving family: her daughter Doreen A. Williams and her husband Rick, her daughter Valerie I. Souther and her husband Kevin, her granddaughters Ashley Souther and her wife Kelsey, Tatum Williams and her husband Kyle, and Devin Russell and her husband Chris, as well as three great-grandchildren

In addition to her family, Lucille’s life was enriched by the care and companionship provided by the wonderful staff at Marian Manor and Trinity Hospice. The family extends heartfelt thanks to these compassionate care partners for their support and kindness.

Lucille’s unwavering love, faith, and dedication to her family will be remembered fondly by all who knew her. May she rest in eternal peace, forever in the hearts of those she touched.
