Juanita C. Theisen, 84, passed peacefully Monday, March 28, 2016, at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital. She was born June 7, 1931, to the late Daryl and Mary Swan in Monroe, Wis.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children, David, Nita, Cheryl and K. Allen; and a host of extended family and friends.
Memorial services will be private.
