Cynthia Marie Dimsey Pelli, of Williamsburg, died peacefully June 26, 2014, at the age of 59.
She was a graduate of George Mason University where she received a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in civil engineering. Most recently, she was a construction manager for Riverside Health System where she was instrumental in the ground-breaking construction of the recently completed surgical center. She was also a member of St. Bede Roman Catholic Church in Williamsburg and was a frequent volunteer at Walsingham Academy.
She was preceded in death by her father, Calvin J. Dimsey.
She leaves to cherish her life and memory her fiancé and loving companion, Ronald Beichner; children, Frank D. Pelli, Jr. and Ashley Pelli; granddaughter, Olivia Pelli; mother and step-father, Jack and Margaret Sturgis; sister, Jeanne Shadoan; and brothers, Ronald, Richard and Calvin Dimsey II.
A visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2014, at Everly Funeral Home, 10565 Main St, Fairfax, VA 22030. A funeral mass will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 3, 2014, at St. Leo’s Catholic Church, 3700 Old Lee Hwy, Fairfax, VA 22030. She will be laid to rest at a later date in Fairfax.
