Police: Pair indicted after children witness sex acts

At 8 a.m. on July 9, the Department of Human Services in Williamsburg gave information to police about a possible sexual assault involving two children under the age of ten, Williamsburg Police Department spokesman Maj. Greg Riley said. READ MORE

On Sept. 19 Lisa Lucinda Moody, 27, and Andrew Lane, 38, were indicted with charges for indecent liberties with children near North Henry Street in Williamsburg.

Poquoson man pleads guilty to labeling imported crabmeat as ‘Product of USA’

As part of the plea deal Wednesday, Casey admitted to falsely labeling more than 183 tons of crab meat, which was then sold to grocery stores and independent retailers, the Department of Justice said. Casey’s Seafood is at 807 Jefferson Ave. READ MORE
