VIRGINIA BEACH — The internet can make people famous overnight these days, but some people in Hampton Roads have spent years cultivating their own brands online for greater impact.
Hampton Roads online pioneers will converge on 1701 in the ViBe Creative District Wednesday to discuss how the internet gave them a voice.
From business incubators to authors to podcasters, members of the panel will share how each got started, how their content has evolved, how they achieved consistency and how they use their internet fame for good.
