The York County School Divison and the Williamsburg James City County public schools will be closing all schools and offices on Monday.
School officials say they are closing due to poor conditions on secondary and neighborhood roads.
All practices and activities are also canceled in York County, according to the York County School Division.
The School Board work session in York County will also be canceled. Officials say the meeting will be rescheduled
