JAMES CITY COUNTY — James City County Police have identified the 73-year-old man found on Richmond Road on July 21, as Richard Millhouse of James City County.
On July 21, at about 8:41 a.m. police responded to a report of a body found near a wooded area along the 5300 block of Richmond Road. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
At the time, police withheld his name pending next-of-kin notification. Millhouse’s cause of death is still under investigation, but detectives do not suspect foul play.
