Danny L. Blose, 60, of Gloucester, VA, formerly of Newport News, VA passed away June 15, 2025. Danny was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was a hardworking, short-tempered mechanic who told it like it was. He had a saying, “I’m not Willy Wonka, I don’t sugar coat anything!”
Danny was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald D. and Clara Blose; his brother, Gerald D. Blose, Jr. He is survived by his daughter, Heather Nicole Blose; grandson, Lucas Daniel Adams; two stepchildren, Todd Raymond Lewis and Melinda Anne White; four step-grandchildren, Avana Zuri Bassett, Amira Nevaeh Bassett, Liam Lewis and Kinley Lewis.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM, Friday, June 27th at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home’s Rainelle chapel, 283 Main St., Rainelle, WV 25962.
The funeral service will be held 11 AM, Saturday, June 28, 2025, at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home. Interment will take place in Wallace Memorial Cemetery, 16155 Midland Trail West, Crawley, WV 24931.
