HAMPTON — Teresa Ann “Terry” Dugger, 57, was a very special person. She went to be with our Lord Monday, Dec. 21, 2020. Terry was born April 15, 1963, at Fort Belvoir.
She lived in several places in Virginia, where she attended special education classes. Finally, she lived in Hampton, and worked at The Arc of the Virginia Peninsula for several years.
Terry loved living where she had a pasture with cows and horses in her backyard and planes flying overhead. She enjoyed her magazines, movies, animals and really loved the Christmas season with all the decorations.
We will miss her happy disposition and her quick mind.
She leaves her mother, Janet Dugger; father, Aubrey; brother, Jay; sister-in-law, Rhonda; and nephews, Calvin and Reed. She also leaves many extended family members in Lynchburg and Maryland.
Terry will be laid to rest Wednesday, Dec. 30, in Parklawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Arc of the Virginia Peninsula (Versability Resources) or to your favorite charity in her name.
