Albert L. Randall, 68, Vietnam Veteran and civil service retiree, was called to eternal rest Sunday, Oct. 21, 2018, in the Hospice House of Williamsburg. His life’s journey began on Dec. 28, 1949, the son of the late William A. and Martha A. Randall, of Toano.

He was a faithful servant of God at Victory Life Church Hampton until his demise. Albert was known as a great conversationalist and was loved by all who knew him.

Albert was preceded in death by his brother, William J. Randall. He leaves to cherish his blessed memories, his beloved wife, Rosa; son, Ryan (Khara); grandson, Alakai; dear niece, Shenevia Patterson (special daughter); sisters, Carolyn Johnson (Oscar), Maxine Randall and Cynthia R. Harper; brother, Spencer Randall (Caryn); sisters-in-law, Marie King, Jeanette McGee, Linda Pompee, Ollie Morton (Arthur) and Brenda Patterson; brother-in-law, Victor Ruth; and a host of other loving relatives and many caring friends.

Mr. Randall may be viewed from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, Oct. 26, at Whiting’s Funeral Home, 7005 Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg. A celebration of his life will be held 12:30 p.m., Saturday, Oct. 27, at Victory Life Church, 1741 W. Queen St., Hampton, with Pastor Phil Privette officiating. Inurnment at a later date will be in Arlington National Cemetery.
