She enjoyed bowling for many years on the Casey’s Team with the Night Owl League at Williamsburg Bowling Alley. She bowled with the same three team members and herself.

She loved short trips with her sisters-in-law, Mae Rogers, Elsie Lawson and Lorraine Rogers; and sister, Belva Stone.

She loved all her friends that she made while working and those she went to church with, and the friends she made in the community of Norge over the 62 years she lived there.

Mrs. Rogers was preceded in death by both parents, Eben and Sallie Stone; brothers, Russel Stone, Howard Stone and Clifton Stone; and husband, W. Turner Rogers. They were married Oct. 19, 1946, married 47 years before his death.
