Lois Helen Boone Montgomery, 84, went to be with the Lord peacefully on Saturday, May 28, 2016. Mrs. Montgomery, widow of the late Roland Riggin Montgomery and the late Melvin James Bryant, was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend.
She is survived by her three children, Linda B. Armellino (Robert) of Wheatfield, Ind., James O. Bryant of Hampton, and Janet B. Hershaw of Smithfield; sister, Eloise Wainwright of Marietta, Ga.; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; and special companion and friend, Bob West of Grafton. Helen will be sorely missed by many.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, at Amory Funeral Home, Grafton. Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 2, at Zion United Methodist Church in Seaford. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
