Mark Eugene Howard, 55, passed away on Wednesday, March 9, 2016.
Born in Virginia, he was the owner of East Coast Fence and Deck. He loved hunting, fishing and baseball.
Left to cherish his memory are his parents, Charles and Helen Howard; son, Jeremy Howard; his one and only love, Missy Norman, and her daughter, Leasha Payne; brothers, Rick Howard (Jane) and Ken Howard (Amy); sisters, Dory Kohn, Gail Laconia (Pedro) and Cindy Kauffman (Dave); and many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 12, at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Lynnhaven Chapel.
