
Roscoe A. Bierbrauer, of Williamsburg, died Sept. 4, 2015, at the age of 43.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Karen.
Roscoe worked as a premier banker for Suntrust, dedicating many years to the finance industry. He enjoyed fishing, golf and the New York Yankees and was a devoted coach to the Williamsburg Youth Baseball League and the American Legion Post 39 Senior Baseball Team.
He was a devoted and loving husband for 17 years to his wife, Stacey, and a doting and a loving father to his children, Max and Samantha. He is also survived by his father and stepmom, Mark and Maryann; brother, Casey Bierbrauer; stepbrothers and sisters, Christine, Michael, Joseph, Khaleel, Angel, David, Brenda, Alex and Beatrice; childhood best friend, Rick Hoffman; and other best friend (other wife) Tom “Loopy” Richardson. He will also be greatly missed by his many other loving family, friends and “39 family.”
A visitation will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday, Sept. 7, 2015, at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Road, Williamsburg, with a service beginning at 4 p.m. A celebration of life service will be held at a future date in Point Pleasant, New Jersey.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice House of Williamsburg, 4445 Powhatan Parkway, Williamsburg.
Roscoe’s easy-going nature made him a friend to so many, he was never a stranger – his impact will not easily be forgotten…. “Best Ever!”
