Margaret Jane “Gibbs” Rowe, of York County, died Thursday, April 3, 2014, at the age of 86.
Mrs. Rowe was a 37-year cancer survivor, retired school bus driver of 46 years for the York County School Division, an active member of the York County Senior Center Board and a member in good standing of the Onawa Council of Pocahontas.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Rowe, Sr. and is survived by her son, William, Jr. and grandchildren, Cynthia and William III.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2014, at Amory Funeral Home, Grafton. A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday, April 6, 2014, at Providence United Methodist Church Cemetery with the Rev. C. Douglas Akers officiating.
