YORKTOWN — A new Pizza Hut location in Yorktown, at 2715 George Washington Memorial Highway, is hosting its grand opening celebration on Friday, Nov. 4.
To commemorate the new location, the franchisee, Flynn Restaurant Group LLC (FRG), is offering free pizza for one year to the first 25 guests in line.
FRG is also hosting a grand opening of its upcoming Newport News location, at 10862 Warwick Blvd., on Nov. 18 and that location will also be offering the same special offer to the first 25 guests in line.
“Flynn Restaurant Group is excited to bring the Pizza Hut dining experience to Newport News and Yorktown,” said Randy Bates, Vice President of Marketing, in an announcement. “We approach each of our new locations as an investment in the community through job creation and philanthropic initiatives. We look forward to delivering great tasting food and impeccable customer service to new guests in Warwick and York Counties.”
The franchisee states that the two locations will add 15 new jobs to each of their local economies. Other nearby Pizza Hut locations owned by Flynn Restaurant Group include Chesapeake, Ft. Eustis, Gloucester, Hampton, Hayes, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Suffolk, and Virginia Beach.
