WILLIAMSBURG — Go Ape Zipline & Adventure Park is planning a new Halloween-themed activity it’s calling “Frights at Height” scheduled to start on Oct. 1.

Frights at Height will offer thrill seekers a scarier version of Go Ape’s Nights at Height and will run on select evenings throughout the month of October.
The new one-hour experience will feature Halloween surprises such as zombie and ghost characters meant to scare visitors.
“We are very excited to elevate everyone’s holiday spirit this autumn at Go Ape,” said Jason Budden, COO at Go Ape USA. “If you get an adrenaline rush from our ziplines and ropes courses, Frights at Height is truly going to get your heart pumping. Our mission is to help everyone live life adventurously, and this Halloween celebration will bring that adventure to a higher level.”
According to the official announcement from Go Ape, “This activity is not for the faint of heart. Open to everyone, but highly recommended only for those prepared to be scared. This will be the most adventurous way to celebrate Halloween.”
For visitors who don’t want to be scared but are still looking for adventurous Fall festivities, Go Ape has other events that it plans on running throughout October:

- Treetop Adventure
- Treetop Journey
- Outdoor Axe Throwing
- Monkey Drop
- Forest EscAPE (new)
This week, Sept. 26-30, is also the last week for Appreciation month at Go Ape.
