The annual Neptune Festival is next month, and this year’s edition will feature musical acts ranging from the Gin Blossoms and Toad the Wet Sprocket to local and regional performers.
There will be 27 musical performances on three stages at this year’s festival, which runs from Sept. 28 through 30 at the Virginia Beach Oceanfront.
The musical stages will be at 17th, 24th and 31th streets on the Virginia Beach boardwalk, and performance will run from 6 to 11 p.m. Sept. 28, 1 to 11 p.m. Sept. 29 and 1 to 6 p.m. Sept. 30.
