VIRGINIA BEACH — A man was injured when a dump truck he was driving flipped over on Blackwater Road Thursday, police say.
The crash happened in the 5100 block of Blackwater Road when a dump truck flipped over around 10:30 a.m. The man who was driving the truck suffered minor injuries and was able to be released at the scene, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
The crash closed the road for part of the afternoon.
The VBPD is investigating the crash.
