NORFOLK — Police are investigating a shooting that seriously injured a man in Norfolk on Sunday night.
A 23-year-old man is in stable condition after he was shot in the 800 block of Goff Street around 6 p.m. He was seriously injured, and medics took him to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, according to the Norfolk Police Department.
