VIRGINIA BEACH — Utility work will affect traffic on Princess Anne Road near the intersection of Baxter Road Thursday night, according to a city press release.
Weather permitting, the work will begin at 8 p.m. and will be complete by 5 a.m. Friday morning.
The city said southbound Princess Anne Road will be down to one lane and the left turn lane onto Baxter Road will be closed.
