Caldwell is an accredited public relations practitioner with more than 20 years of experience in strategic development, public relations, communications and leadership roles.
During her career, Caldwell has worked for chambers of commerce, visitors bureaus, educational institutions and advocacy organizations.
Avalon is an organization dedicated to providing shelter and support for women and children in the community who have experienced domestic violence and sexual assault.
Caldwell’s tenure as the director of development communications is effective immediately.
