In execution of deeds of trust from the Grantors described below (the “Deeds of Trust”) to Kenneth V. Farino, Joseph D. Cantrell and Billie Millner, Trustees, any of which Trustee may act, each of which were recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of the County of York, Virginia (the “Clerk’s Office”), at the Deed Book and Page or Instrument numbers described below, default having been made in the payment of the respective debts secured, the undersigned trustee will offer for sale at public auction at the Front Entrance of the Circuit Courthouse Building at 300 Ballard Street, Yorktown, Virginia 23690 on December 19, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. the Time Share Estates listed below, located at King’s Creek Resorts, L.L.C., 191 Cottage Cove Lane, York County (Williamsburg), Virginia 23185.
Sale shall be made subject to all existing easements and restrictive covenants as such may lawfully affect the real estate including the First Amended and Restated Time Share Instrument for King’s Creek Resorts Time Share Project, made by King’s Creek Resorts, L.L.C., recorded in the Clerk’s Office of the Circuit Court of York County, Virginia, in Deed Book 1065, Page 0290, as amended and supplemented from time to time.
