WILLIAMSBURG — Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently announced the sale of 7504 Richmond Road in Norge.
Double Diamond Development purchased the property for $900,000. The former bank is 3,164 square feet and is situated on 1.39 acres in the Norge Crossing Shopping Center.
The plan is to turn the property into a Starbucks for the Norge area, according to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
David Machupa and Ed Kimple of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the purchaser.
