Several Businesses in the Historic Triangle Are Up for Sale

HISTORIC TRIANGLE — Interested in purchasing a restaurant in the Historic Triangle, currently there are several on the market in the City of Williamsburg, James City and York counties.

  • An Asian-fusion restaurant located at in Unit B of Midtown Row on Monticello Street is being sold by the proprietor fully equipped for $395 thousand.
  • King of Clubs Brewing located at 113 Palace Ln is selling both the coffee company as well as Virginia’s first and only hard kombucha brewery. The business is relocatable. This property is for sale by owner.
  • Sportsman’s Grille, a favorite bar and restaurant right outside of Kingsmill on McClaws Circle, has been listed for sale for $595,000. This local institution can seat 180 patrons, configured with hostess foyer, dining rooms, a private dining room, full service bar and bar sitting area, covered exterior seating, well equipped kitchen, two restrooms, and an office. 
  • Snap Fitness of Williamsburg on Richmond Road is looking for a new owner. The 24-hour gym franchise comes with a dedicated customer base and high end equipment has an asking price of $24,500. For more information go to Lift Brands.
