A juice bar that opened in 2017 in New Town is now closing its doors.

JuiceFix Juicery will close at 4 p.m. Tuesday, the business’s owners confirmed Monday.

Co-owner Kalvin Newkirk said he and his wife, Deborah, would still be selling some of their products online, including a recipe book, but their time as a “brick-and-mortar” store in Williamsburg has come to a close.

Located across from Buffalo Wild Wings, JuiceFix has offered a variety of smoothies and juices created by the husband-wife duo.

The business moved to Williamsburg from locations in Fort Eustis. The Williamsburg location opened in New Town Sept. 9, 2017.

The Newkirks are both Army veterans.

A JuiceFix Juicery post on Facebook says the Newkirks will be taking on a “new venture” that requires the couple to travel.

Jan. 15 is the last day for customers to redeem JuiceFix gift cards.
