VIRGINIA BEACH — A man was seriously injured during a shooting in Virginia Beach early Saturday morning.
Little information about the shooting has been released by the Virginia Beach Police Department. Officials have said that an officer working at a hospital called 911 to inform them of a man who came in with a life-threatening gunshot wound around 3 a.m.
In a separate incident on Saturday, another man was seriously injured in a shooting in Norfolk.
The shooting happened around 4:30 p.m. in the 800 block of 35th Street, according to the Norfolk Police Department.
The man was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital. His injury is life threatening, police said.
