This holiday season, there are a multitude of locations for residents to drop off toys for needy children in the area.
The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program collects the new, unwrapped toys during the fall and winter months, and distributes them as Christmas gifts. The program aims to bring a message of hope to those less fortunate, uniting communities in a cause to better the future.
Macaroni Kid Williamsburg, along with Macaroni Kid Virginia Beach, is sponsoring their second annual Toys for Tots program.
The Macaroni Kid organization is a collection of “publisher moms” who compile a free, weekly newsletter of family-friendly activities in the region. To see the Williamsburg-Hampton area website, click here.
