A local show home inspired by the pages of “Southern Living” magazine has graced its pages.
The house, at 109 Ford’s Colony Drive, is a fully furnished and decorated show home built by the Wayne Harbin Builder team. “Harrison Place” is included in the February 2015 issue of the magazine, which is out now.
With designer Christine Estep with Jackson Thomas Interiors, the house was created by a “Southern Living” House Plan by Gary Ragsdale Inc.
“Harbin Builder has been a member of the ‘Southern Living’ Custom Builder Program for 15 years and is very excited to have their home featured,” said Doug Harbin in a news release.
The home is being marketed by Liz Moore and Associates and guests can visit between 1 and 4 p.m. Friday through Monday to pick up a free copy of the magazine.
