Event: Langley Speedway Pink Project

Event Information:
The Langley Speedway Pink Project will be held on Saturday, October 5, during Modified Madness Night at the track in Hampton. Tickets are $10 each. An additional donation of $5 per person will reserve your place in the Victory Track Walk.
If you’re unable to attend the event, but would like to contribute, you can Donate Now. Proceeds from a Victory Track Walk held prior to the race will go to the Riverside Health System Tree of Life Cancer Fund, along with half the proceeds of all race tickets purchased through Riverside.The Riverside Foundation Tree of Life Cancer Fund helps cancer patients with immediate needs, such as electric bills, transportation to doctor appointments, rent or medication.
Pink Project: Schedule of Events
5 p.m. – Fan Zone offers activities for kids, plus two raffles featuring NASCAR and other items. Event T-shirts and decals will also be on sale to benefit the Pink Project.
6 p.m. – Anyone can participate in a Victory Track Walk. Donation is $5 per person. All the proceeds from this walk go the Riverside Foundation Tree of Life Cancer Fund. Breast cancer survivors will be given a pink and black checkered flag to celebrate their victory over the illness. Everyone will be able to sign a banner with messages of encouragement and support in Victory Lane.
7 p.m. – Modified Madness race event. Cost for tickets is $10 each. Half the proceeds of all tickets purchased through Riverside benefits the Tree of Life Cancer Fund.
The event features five races:
- Pro Wing Champ Karts, souped up go carts
- U-cars, modified sedans
- Super Street, 1980s era cars
- Enduros, similar to a Demolition Derby
- Modified, or open wheel stock cars, in the premier, 100-lap event
