The Dale Lucado Scholarship Fund Golf Tournament will be held on May 3rd in honor of the late Dale Lucado, a former Newport News High School football star paralyzed in an alumni game against Hampton High School. The scholarships are given to students through a foundation of the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Virginia Peninsula. Golfers can win a new car donated by Pomoco of Hampton Roads with a hole-in-one on the 11thhole. To register a team for the tournament, contact Donna Dudley (757-746-4704).
