HAMPTON ROADS — The Salvation Army of the Virginia Peninsula is showing love to seniors in the community this Easter.

The Salvation Army of the Virginia Peninsula started the Easter for Seniors Program in 2019 as a way to show appreciation to seniors during Easter.

The program is a response to seniors being left out of Easter events, which are often geared toward children and families.
