Sound the alarm! It’s time to celebrate the unsung heroes of our community at our annual Yorktown Market Days’ First Responders Market. Spend your morning saluting firefighters, deputies, 911 dispatchers, and other first responders at this family-friendly event featuring emergency vehicles, educational opportunities, and a market with seasonal produce, handmade goods, and more.
1781 Yorktown: Before the Siege

Historic Main Street & Yorktown Battlefield
Lord Cornwallis and his soldiers have taken up camp in Yorktown as we look back at the days leading up to the end of the Revolutionary War. Yorktown’s Historic Main Street will be transformed with military drills, camp life demonstrations, costumed interpreters, and more!

Dozens of talented artists from around the area will display their work in and around the Freight Shed at the Yorktown Art Stroll! The journey to 2031 is ON — and it’s time to celebrate! Join us for a weekend packed with patriotic pride as we honor the 245th anniversary of the Victory at Yorktown. Dance during a concert with Platinum-selling country artist Michael Ray in Riverwalk Landing, shop our themed farmers market, enjoy Yorktown Day festivities, and watch history roar to life at the American Revolution Museum at Yorktown with live artillery firings, fascinating exhibits, and immersive programs about the siege that changed the world.

Platinum-certified country artist Michael Ray will headline a high-energy concert at Riverwalk Landing, officially kicking off Yorktown’s Victory Weekend. Gates open at 6 p.m. Fans can expect an evening of chart-topping hits and patriotic spirit, capped by a special surprise finale to send the weekend celebration off right. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and get ready to sing along. Tickets on sale now.

Freedom was forged here—and we’re commemorating it with a day full of history and hometown pride. Hosted by the Colonial National Historical Park, the day includes a wreath-laying ceremony, a patriotic parade, live music, and tours of historic sites!
Paws at the River

Bring your furry friends for a tail-wagging good time at our Paws at the River Market. Meet adoptable pets, learn about local rescues, and treat your pup to gourmet goodies. The day features a pet portrait station, trick-or-treating for the kids, and a pet costume contest.

American Revolution Museum at Yorktown
Immerse yourself in the world of tea as you sample and learn about historic teas and herbal blends, as well as explore the culture and politics of tea on the eve of the American Revolution. Maritime Festival

It’s anchors aweigh at the annual Maritime Festival! Join us for a Yorktown tradition where you can sample some of the best seafood in the area including clam chowder, Virginia blue crabs, and fresh fried fish. Artisans will be selling nautical-inspired jewelry and art, and pirates will invade the area to talk to kids about seafaring life.
