WILLIAMSBURG — New Town has announced its After Hours New Town Tunes concert series in celebration of its twentieth anniversary.

The concert series, set to begin on April 27, will maintain a “tribute” theme by featuring cover bands of some of the music industry’s most beloved groups. New Town notes that the tribute theme was chosen as this series is a tribute itself to the two decade old community.

For this special three-night series, New Town has partnered with the James City County Parks & Recreation Department as well as CultureFix, which New Town notes in a March 18 release, “went above and beyond booking some of the most exciting cover bands to go along with our ‘tribute’ theme.”

These events are free and open to the public. Each concert will take place at Sullivan Square in New Town near Legacy Hall, located at 4301 New Town Ave. Gates will open at 5 p.m., with each event slated to start at 5:30 p.m. There will be food and beverages available for purchase at the venue.
