Randy Wiley Morgan, 69, passed away on Wednesday, May 20, 2026.
Randy was a lifelong resident of the Deep Creek area of Newport News and a graduate of Menchville High School. He worked at several construction companies, as well as with his stepfather at TL Parker Construction.
Randy loved to fish on the James River and hunting. He was a NASCAR fan, especially of Tony Stewart.
Randy was preceded in death by his father, Raymond E. Morgan and his stepfather, Thomas L. Parker, Jr. He is survived by his mother, Elizabeth “Betty” Parker; his daughter, Jennifer Morgan; his three grandchildren, Alexis, Kristen and LJ; his great-granddaughter, Alice; his sister, Darlene Parker Abbott; the love of his life, Debbie Morgan; his nephew, Shawn and his niece, Ashley.
