Helen Virginia Tate, 92, of Quinton, Va passed away peacefully in her sleep May 22nd 2026.
Helen was a lifetime member of Hopewell Baptist Church and if it wasn’t Sunday she loved to cut grass and cook.
She was preceded in death by her husband George A. Tate Sr.
Helen is survived by her son “Jack” George A. Tate Jr. her grandchildren, greatgrandchildren many extended family members and countless friends.
The family would like to give a special thanks to her long time caregiver Krystal Alvis and also Hospice of Virginia Team Members LaShell Jefferson and Heather Jones.
