Todd Edward Meadows, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2026, in Toano, Virginia, at the age of 57. Born on December 20, 1968, in Virginia, Todd was a lifelong resident of Toano, where he built his life and legacy on the same farm he was raised on.

Todd’s passions extended beyond his professional life. He cherished the time spent on his 9-acre farm, surrounded by a multitude of farm animals and his beloved dog, Chubbs. His love for sports was evident in his enthusiasm for NFL games and college basketball, and he actively participated in and sponsored local softball leagues for many years.
Above all, Todd’s greatest pride and joy were his family. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Tonya Meadows, and a loving father to his children—Hayley, Todd C., Joshua, Marley, Dakota, and Eli Meadows. His memory is also cherished by his granddaughter, Holly Huntsinger. He embraced the role of grandfather with open arms, adopting 3 of his grandchildren. Todd’s home was always filled with laughter and love, as he adopted and cared for his three grandchildren, ensuring they grew up in a nurturing environment.

He is survived by his wife, Tonya; his brother, Jeff Meadows, and sister-in-law, Mary; his children; and his granddaughter. His legacy will be carried on by his family and the countless friends and community members who were touched by his kindness and generosity.
