Edward Lewis Blake, Jr. (Ed), 72, of Bruington, VA passed away Sunday, April 20th following a courageous battle with cancer.
Ed was predeceased by his parents Edward Lewis Blake, Sr. and Jeanne Commins Blake.
Ed is survived by his wife of 50 years, Anita Bush Blake, his daughter and son-in-law Shannon and Patrick Kosek, his daughter, Sarah Blake, his beloved grandchildren Sarah Grace, Addie and Blake Kosek, all of Bruington. He is also survived by his sister and brother-in-law Cathy and Robbie Moody of King William, his sister-in-law Carrol Longest of Hanover, his brothers and sisters in law, William and Terry Bush and Stuart and Dinah Bush of King William and brother-in-law Randy Bush of Glen Allen, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Ed’s memory to Rehoboth Bible Church and mailed to the above address.
