Peggy Ann Powell, 83, was called home on Saturday, March 1, 2025 surrounded by family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Marshall and Elizabeth “Lizzy” Edge Burdette and her loving husband of 58 years, Robert Leroy Powell.
She is survived by her sons, Gary and wife, Melinda Powell, Olin and wife, Cindy Powell and Dennis Powell; six grandchildren, Jeffery “Jeff” Powell, Robert “Robbie” Powell, William Hellmann, Emily Powell, Allen Sequoyah and Brian Sequoyah; 14 great-grandchildren;1 great-great grandchild as well as many nieces and nephews.
Peggy was a devoted wife and mother, who selflessly spent her life caring for her family and others.
She will be missed.
