Nancy Mary Jane “T.C.” Flora, 77, went peacefully to be with her loving heavenly father on Tuesday, December 19, 2023. T.C. was the office manager for Poplar Creek Psychological and Counseling Centre in Norge for many years.
She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Dr. Earl W. Flora, Psy.D.; daughter, Jennifer Lynn Barfield (Fred); son, Douglas D. Fannon; grandson, Lance Barfield (Isabella); brother, Tom Thompson; stepsons, Wayne W. Flora, and Lt. Col. Timothy David Flora, USAF Ret.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m., Tuesday, December 26 at Vincent Funeral Home, 417 11th St., West Point, VA. The family will receive friends from 10 to 11 a.m., just prior to the service. Interment will take place in James City Chapel Cemetery, Norge, VA 23188. Flowers are greatly appreciated.
