WILLIAMSBURG — James W. “Jimmy” Bergemann, 57, passed away Wednesday, Aug. 12, 2020.
Jimmy worked as an auto appraiser for Travelers Insurance company. He had a love for muscle cars, especially his 1973 Charger that he restored himself. He was a huge dog lover and had a true gift for making other people laugh.
Jimmy was preceded in death by his parents, Viola and William Bergemann.
He is survived by his wife, Alisa Bergemann; daughter, Becky Bowie; son-in-law, John; siblings, Mary Seier, and her husband, Joe, Helen Frisicaro, Betty Podzius, and her husband, Bob, Bobby Bergemann, and his wife, Linda, Judy Ehman, and her husband, Dale, and Rich Bergemann, and his wife, Christy; and siblings-in-law, Mark and Kathy Itzkoff and David and Renee Itzkoff.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 5 p.m., Sunday, Aug. 16, with prayer service at 3 p.m. at Bucktrout Funeral Home.
