Stephen Eugene Cecil, 83, passed away on Sunday September 27, 2026.
He was a native of Virginia and former resident of North Carolina. He graduated from Glenn High School in Kernersville, North Carolina, He was a former employee of Newport News Shipbuilding and retired from Norshipco.
He was preceded in death by his wife Bonita “Bonnie” Cecil and survived by his children, Deborah Bolden (Eddie) and Richard Cecil (Mabel) and grandchildren, Timothy Lucas, Anthony Cecil (Kayla), Myetia Cecil, Kyle Bolden and 4 great grandchildren, Wesley, Alexxis, Ivory and Layla.
