Ms. Amanda E. “Mandy” Frazier, 77, was called from labor to rest Friday, Dec. 6, 2019, at Consulate Healthcare of Williamsburg.
A lifelong resident of Williamsburg, Amanda was born March 2, 1942, the daughter of the late Lillian J. and George E. Frazier Sr.
A service to celebrate her life will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, at Zion Baptist Church with the Rev. Valerie Matthews officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Family and friends are asked to assemble by 1:30 p.m. at the church. Ms. Frazier may be viewed beginning at noon until the hour of her service.
