Ms. Jocelyn M. Frazier, 26, departed this earthly life Thursday, April 4, 2019.
A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, April 13, at Whiting’s Chapel. Interment will follow in Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Family and friend will assemble by 12:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
