Tyrone Carter, 31, was born Nov. 6, 1987, to Linda Mines Carter and the late Charles E. Carter in Hampton. Tyrone departed this life Tuesday, Jan. 1, 2019, at Hampton Veterans Administration, Hampton.
Tyrone was preceded in death by his father, Charles E. Carter; loving grandmothers, Louise Bannister of New York, New York, and Louise Jones of Hampton; brother, Phillip Carter; and aunt, Brenda McCloud.
Left to cherish his memory are the love of his life, Courtney Banks of Phoenix, Arizona; mother, Linda M. Carter of Hampton; sisters, Belita Carter-Paige of Atlanta, Georgia, and Theresa Carter of Bogata, Spain; brother, Tyler Carter, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; nephew, Jayzon Carter of Hampton; niece, Imani Carter of Hampton; aunts, Patricia Davis (Leroy) of Mesa, Arizona, and Willa Jones of Washington, D.C.; godmother, Rhea Foggie; godsister, Sha Foggie; and godbrother, Jamal Foggie; and his Marine and Pats Nation and gaming buddies.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m.,Tuesday, Jan. 8, at Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel.
