James Richard Blanchard Sr., 74, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018. Mr. Blanchard served in the U.S. Army for 16 years and was a Vietnam veteran.
Survivors include his loving wife, Pong Ye Blanchard; two sons, the Rev. James Blanchard Jr., and his wife, Beverly, and the Rev. John Blanchard, and his wife, Robin; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; two sisters, Anita Williams and Carolyn Blanchard; and brother, Edwin Blanchard.
A celebration of life service will be held at 2 p.m., Friday, Aug. 24, at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home.
