Roger Marshall ‘Frog’ Pallett, 67, passed away Sunday, Aug. 20, 2017.

He was born in Norfolk, Va., to the late George Marshall and Bernice Pallett. He was also preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Nelson Pallett; great-grandson, Brenden Kenneth Clipp; siblings, “Early Bird” Pallett and June Marie Waterfield.

Frog was a “Jack of all Trades.” He was the owner of the Pungo Palace for over 30 years and was part owner of Highway Electric for 20 years. Frog loved his classic ’63 Chevy Impala. He enjoyed gambling, fishing and carving wooden birds.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of over 48 years, Jeanette C. Pallett; three granddaughters, Dakota, Kendra and Carmela; and cousins, “The Jersey Girls,” along with extended family and friends.

A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 23, at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Princess Anne Chapel. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, at Charity United Methodist Church with burial following in the church cemetery.
